We currently deliver to customers in the regions. Unfortunately, if you are not in any of these areas, we may not be able to process your order for delivery, at this time. In order to receive your medication on time, it is important that you provide us with the correct information. We deliver to the provided address; this can be your residential, company or other preferred address.
The delivery time for every order is different. When your order is placed, we will provide you with the necessary information including:
- Estimated delivery time: number of days in which your order should be delivered after it has been dispatched from our facility.
- Estimated delivery date: date on which your order should arrive to your chosen address.
Our orders are usually dispatched 24 hours after they have been approved, and delivered to customers within 2-7 days. Our courier may specify these days as weekdays, and excluding public holidays.
The delivery times mentioned here should be used as a guide, and we will attempt to inform you of any changes. There may also be delays, which are not under our control, and suggest that you place your order in advance to receive your medication in time for your treatment.
Delivery costs are usually calculated on the weight of your package, the selected delivery method and your location. These costs should be displayed on the checkout page after you have submitted your address and selected the medication you want to order. There may be extra shipping charges for delivery to remote or outlying areas, and you will be advised of any charges accordingly.
